Extra patrols hitting Deschutes County roads this week. Here's where and when
The Central Oregon Multi-Agency Traffic Team (MATT) is gearing up for a three-day traffic safety blitz in Deschutes County, Oregon. This initiative, involving six law enforcement agencies, aims to crack down on speeding, distracted driving, and DUII violations, with a particular focus on preventing deadly and serious-injury crashes.
The blitz will span three days, with each day targeting a different area of the county:
- Thursday, July 16: South County
